Bringing Co-Living Communities to Australia

micro.space is a Sydney-based asset manager and operator, introducing purpose-designed and purpose-built co-living communities to Australia. micro.space manages every aspect of origination, financing, construction, marketing and operation of these communities.

Co-living is a growing niche asset class in the residential property sector. Co-living provides all-inclusive communal living with private bedrooms and shared community space and offers residents more affordable and flexible living arrangements.

micro.space combines space, community, services and technology into one integrated product that delivers the best experience for residents.

Our class-leading design and purpose-built construction strike a thoughtful balance between personal and shared space.
